JOB DESCRIPTION:


For "Assistant Manager" position:

  • The candidate must be a Certified Chartered Accountant with 1-2 Years experience in Accounting and Taxation process.(Knowledge of US and Australian taxation system will be an added advantage)
  • Should have worked in Accounting and Taxation for atleast 4 Years.
  • Should have the ability to handle a team of 40-60 associates.
  • Should be able to deal with client in terms of process updates and process related issues.
  • Should be a good team leader with ability to motivate team members.
  • Should have expertise in SAP FICO, any database, MS Excel.
  • Should be efficient in providing training.
  • Should be a very good and effective quick decision maker.

 

For "Team Leader" position:

  • The candidate must be a CA-PE I or II qualified, CA Final appearing candidates may also apply.
  • Should have at least 2-3 Years experience in Accounting and Taxation with a good company.
  • The candidate must have good Accounting and Taxation knowledge.
  • Should have good team leading abilities and should be able to handle team size of 20-25 associates.
  • Should be process oriented and should be motivating.

For "Financial Research Associate" position:

  • The candidates should be Commerce Graduate with 1-2 Years experience related to Accounts, Taxation of Companies as well as individuals, Filling of returns, etc.
  • The candidate should also have sound knowledge of using accounting software and should be well be versed with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel.
  • Should be a good team player.
